This gift consists of:
• "Pràgal" – A red wine from the Valpolicella vineyards (east of Verona) from Tenuta Santa Maria (0.75l – 13.5% alcohol content)
• Pasta (Reginella) from Don Antonio in Abruzzo (durum wheat semolina pasta, 500g)
• Sugo al Basilico from Don Antonio (tomato sauce with basil, 480ml)
• Pesto alla Genovese – Fine basil pesto from Liguria (90g)
• Carrugiu olive oil –
Fruity, mild and unfiltered olive oil from Taggiasca olives from the hinterland of Imperia (0.25l)
• Parmigiano Reggiano DOP – the one and only true Parmesan, aged for 24 months (raw cow's milk, approx. 200g)
• Parma ham DOP – aged for 16 months (100g)
• Risotto with tomatoes – wonderfully seasoned Ready-made risotto with sun-dried tomatoes (300g)
• Chiapella salami made from pork – assorted (approx. 170 – 180g)
• 4 Tartufi assorted – delicious nougat truffle pralines, various types (approx. 17g each)
